ACEL Apps LLC ("ACEL Apps," "we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile applications RaceChase, TripSlice, TalkFeel, and any other applications published under the ACEL Apps name (collectively, the "Apps"), as well as the website located at acelapps.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our Apps and Website.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, or by visiting our Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to all ACEL Apps applications. Certain sections below are specific to individual Apps and are labeled accordingly:

Our Apps are designed to minimize the personal information you need to provide. Depending on the App:
You may optionally enter athlete names, event names, or other descriptive text. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to ACEL Apps.
These Apps require account creation via Sign In with Apple or Sign In with Google, facilitated through Supabase (our authentication provider). Upon sign-in, we receive a unique user identifier and, depending on your sign-in method and settings, your name and email address. Account and application data is stored in our Replit-hosted database and backend infrastructure, and is used solely to operate the service. TripSlice and TalkFeel also collect phone numbers for SMS-based features (such as inviting non-app participants), processed through Twilio.
We use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to collect limited usage data across all Apps. PostHog may collect:

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
All user-generated content (videos, recordings, event data) is stored exclusively on your device. ACEL Apps does not maintain servers that store your RaceChase content.
Account information, trip or conversation data, and related records are stored in our Replit-hosted database and backend infrastructure. We retain this data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Anonymized analytics data collected through PostHog is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized. We do not retain personally identifiable information beyond the periods described above.
We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. RaceChase does not require account creation and transmits no personal data from the device, making it suitable for all ages. TripSlice and TalkFeel require account creation and are intended for users 13 and older (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at support@acelapps.com and we will take prompt steps to delete such information.

Our Apps are available in multiple countries and regions. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information collected through our Apps and third-party service providers may be processed in the United States or in other countries where those providers operate. By using our Apps, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in these jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data transmitted to and stored by our third-party service providers is protected using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Apps, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
